Project Overview
Sphere is a networking and business development platform designed for professionals in financial services. The software aims to modernise how professionals connect, replacing outdated networking methods with a more structured and efficient approach.
Since May 2024, I have supported Sphere’s marketing and communication design across a wide range of digital and print materials. My work focuses on translating complex ideas into clear, credible visuals that resonate with corporate audiences and investors.
Brief
Sphere required consistent, high quality marketing and communication materials to support investor conversations, industry events, and ongoing marketing activity.
All work needed to align with the company’s updated brand guidelines while clearly communicating the platform’s vision and value to financial services professionals.
Many of these materials were produced on tight deadlines, often in preparation for investor meetings, campaigns, or upcoming events.
Role & Approach
Working within Sphere’s established brand guidelines, my role focused on strengthening how the company communicates visually across its marketing and investor materials.
Design decisions prioritised clarity, hierarchy, and credibility. Complex ideas were translated into structured layouts, diagrams, and infographics so the platform’s value could be understood quickly by corporate audiences and investors.
investor pitch decks
A series of investor pitch decks were redesigned and refined to clearly communicate Sphere’s product vision, market opportunity, and growth potential.
The focus was on improving visual hierarchy and simplifying complex ideas through diagrams, infographics, and structured layouts. These decks have supported investment conversations and contributed to securing funding that enables Sphere’s continued product development and growth.
Business development one-pagers
A series of targeted one-pagers was designed to support different areas of Sphere’s business development and outreach.
Each one-pager communicates a specific offering, providing clear and concise overviews that allow potential partners and users to quickly understand the value of Sphere’s network and the opportunities available.
event & presentation materials
Design support extended to materials used for Sphere’s networking events and industry presentations.
This included event invitation designs, presentation slides, and printed collateral such as name badges and roller banners. These materials are used at events attended by professionals from leading firms including PwC, EY, Deloitte, Investec, Grant Thornton, Baker McKenzie, and K&L Gates.
marketing & campaign assets
A range of marketing assets were created to support Sphere’s ongoing campaigns and audience growth.
This includes LinkedIn advertising creatives, marketing emails, and newsletter designs. These assets were designed to communicate key messages clearly and drive engagement, helping increase membership advocacy, brand awareness and conversions while remaining consistent with Sphere’s visual identity.
website design
I designed Sphere’s initial website to establish a credible online presence and support early brand growth.
The site focused on communicating the product clearly while encouraging newsletter sign ups and building awareness among financial services professionals.
Separate landing pages were also created for targeted campaigns, allowing the team to track marketing performance more effectively while directing users back to the main website experience.

The design work created for Sphere supports both investor communication and ongoing marketing activity across multiple channels.
Clear, structured visual communication has helped the company present its platform with greater credibility when engaging investors, corporate partners, and financial services professionals, including those at firms such as PwC, EY, Deloitte, Grant Thornton, and Baker McKenzie.
From pitch decks and partnership materials to marketing campaigns and digital experiences, these assets have strengthened Sphere’s brand presence and supported its continued growth.
